Il m'a été répondu que le nom et le numéro de téléphone du chauffeur me seraient communiqués la veille du trajet. C'est exactement ce qui s'est passé! Mon chauffeur, Smor, a été très professionnel et on ne peut plus ponctuel! Vingt minutes avant l'heure de prise en charge, il a appelé en précisant qu'il était déjà au pied de l'immeuble. Je recommande vivement Brussels Express pour leur fiabilité et la compétitivité de leurs tarifs."
