The driver waited for us and kept in touch throughout this. For the outbound flight we received very bad advice from our hotel suggesting that the journey would take twice as long as we expected. We phoned the driver and to allay our worries, he came early to pick us up. Excellent service!"

Driver: The driver did his best to arrive at the airport on time, leaving me safely in a good place. Besides, he helped me with my luggage, both in the departure and arrival, and tried to make me comfortable, chatting with me over the ride and making me aware of all deviations from the usual pathway taken. Vehicle: Due to the traffic jams, my original book (a car) was upgraded to a comfortable van, whose driver was closer to my departure point. Since I was the only passenger, there was plenty of space.
